Jerry Thomas Turner

Robert Lewis being the first and Edith being the last.

Jerry went from labor to rest on the 27th of May 2021.

Jerry was relocated to Statesville North Carolina as an infant where he was

raised and nurtured by his family. He attended the Iredell County School

System graduating from Morningside High School. Jerry relocated to

Cleveland, Ohio in 1978 were began to reside.

He later met the love of his life Diana Jackson and they united in Holy

Matrimony on the 26th of November 1983 @ Sardis Missionary Baptist

Church. Jerry was a member of the Church of The Israel Of God under

Pastor Buie until his death.

Jerry possessed a quite spirit, he was slow to speak, and he was a humble and

faithful man. Jerry loved his family and would show up whenever he could.

Jerry retired from Sparrow Mtg. in Cleveland, Ohio and continued to serve

God and his family. Jerry loved to call and check up on his family all the

time. Jerry health became an issue over the last couple of years, but being

the battler that he was he pressed on with his wife Diana at his side.

He leaves to mourn his devoted loving wife of 37 years Diana Turner,

Brothers Richard (Annie) Oakwood, Ohio, Henry Jr. (Christie) Atlanta,

Georgia, sister Edith (Michael) Cleveland, Ohio, Brother n Law Earnest

(Grace ) and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Jerry’s mother

and eldest brother Robert Turner Sr. preceded him in death.
