Jaime Ramos-Nieves, 87, of Cleveland, passed away December 6, 2019.
He was born in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Fonso Ramos and Dolores Nieves. Jaime was the beloved partner of 13 years to Maria Perez; loving stepfather of Maria (Peter) Adorjan, Cristi Colon and Benito (Ive) Ferreyra; cherished grandfather of Anthony Colon, Matthew Colon and Luz Geraldino; dear brother of many; adored uncle of Isabelle Ramos.
Jaime was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1954 where he received the Army of Occupation Medal (Germany) and National Defense Service Medal.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 4PM-8PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, where funeral services will commence on Friday, December 13th at 9AM. Committal services with Military Honors will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, Ohio.
