Dearly beloved father of Heather (Dominic) Vercillo and Marlowe Strazzanti. Dearest grandfather of Sophia Vercillo. Beloved son of John and Dorothy (both deceased). Loving brother of Deborah (Lawrence) Bray, Jennifer (John) Ebenger, and Theresa (William) Hodge. Dearest uncle and friend of many.
Jack was a proud and dedicated Cleveland Police Officer who served with the motorcycle unit and as a detective during his long career. Jack went on to become the Director of Security at the Northfield Park Race Track for over 10 years. He enjoyed riding his Harley and traveling out west. "Whiskey Jack" entertained many with his laughter, jokes, and unique sense of humor.
He lived a colorful life full of many adventures. He found purpose in his life by helping others. Jack is deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation August 1, 2021, Sunday from 1 - 6pm at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home 14768 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111. Funeral Service 5pm Sunday at Funeral Home.
