Eyvonne Mary Hunt-Fitten

Vonnie Hunt was a fun-loving soul who brought joy and laughter to all who knew her. She passed away on March 4, 2025, at the age of 69. She born to Dixie Dorothy and Melvin Hunt. Vonnie was the oldest of 7 children- Renee Toni, Melvin, Shirldena, Darryl, Ava, and Clarice. Vonnie had a special gift for making children smile, especially children with whom she shared her playful spirit. .She had a big personality and was known for her big heart. She loved to sing and had a passion for fashion design. She was known for her quick, witty comebacks. A few of her favorite sayings were, “I’m rubber, you’re glue, whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks to your fat ass!,” “You got the right one on the right day,” and “No food, no fun.”

Vonnie’s life was filled with love, laughter, and a deep connection with friends. Her energy was to stand up for whatever she believed in and she had the ability to turn ordinary moments into cherished moments that will never be forgotten. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Dixie Dorothy, her 4 remaining siblings- Melvin, Shirldena, Darryl, and Ava, her 2 children- Jeimil and Jerneil Hunt, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Funeral Service for Eyvonne will be held on Friday March 14, 2025 at 3:30 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 14768 Lorain Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44111.
