In 2015, from the first day I met her at school, she was a great human being with daily treatment and sharing, we treated each other like sisters, she called me my little sister and our friendship grew and there came a point that she was my sister. Thank God for having  a sister like her and for allowing me to be with her in bad and good times, an angel left us I will always remember you with the joy that you always had. for her mother kisses and hugs God gives her a lot of strength.

I always remember Evelyn smiling. She had a beautiful smile for me every day we worked together even through all her pain. Such a beautiful person inside and out!

You were a wonderful friend and support during our teaching years at Scranton Elementary School.  
Thank you for your service to the children of Cleveland. 
I will miss your caring smile and messages of well wishes that you sent during special holidays.
May God bless your mother and hold you in His everlasting arms.

So saddened to hear about the passing of Evelyn. She remains in my memory as a great colleague,  a kind spirit, and graceful lady, always with a smile on her face and a helpful hand.
