On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to thank all of you for your kind words, thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. It makes me happy but I am not surprised at all the kind things many people had to say and share about my dad. He had a BIG heart and was a wonderful man, father, husband, friend and all of the above. He fought for his family till his last day on earth and for that I am so proud of him. Although his time here with us was short, he lived a full life. He isn't in anymore pain or suffering and he is in the best hands possible. I know he will continue to watch over us and protect us. Bendicion Pa- We love you with all our hearts.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Olmeda family. I didn't know Eddie that well but he was always smiling and in a good mood.

Cuando pienso en ti siempre escucho tu risa, y el tono de voz con ese sentido de humor en que dejabas los mensajes en mi telefono al yo no contestar. I will never forget the ride in that raggady, loud Mustang with him and Mario (God Bless them both) when they were teenagers and I was a kid. There was nothing but laughs and good times at the domino table with Flaco. I will miss frustrating him with my play. I will never forget him. My deepest sympathy to the Olmeda Family. Eddie was one I played texas hold em' with. He would always get me laughing. He was a caring man and yes I remember him being proud to introduce his brother to the rest of the poker players. I'll miss you Eddie.
