What was so special in Denny was he was the most gentle and kind man. Denny's knowledge in classic movies and music was amazing. No matter when I would see him he always had a smile and the best bear hug! Rest in peace love Nancy Anelli

Thank you my friend for always being there for us when we needed you the most!  You have not left us; you have entered the doorway into your enternal home.  We cannot see you because this heavenly home is invisible to our eyes; we are still in the darkness of the world.  I know you are lovingly and tenderly waiting with your mom and dad for the day when we too will enter the doorway and meet again in an eternal union.

I will miss you brother until that day.

What I remember most about Denny was his huge kind heart and that he was always happy to see you and that he always spoke good words about everyone he knew. He was a gentle giant of a man and will be truly missed by all who knew him. Love you Denny and I am missing you already

I am sure that Denny was greeted at the pearly gates by your parents with that great big smile he always had on his face. I know how much he was loved by all of his siblings, friends and others - he was such a joy! My heart and thoughts will be with you all during this time. Bet there may be a few of the Downes' there to welcome him with open arms. (And show him the ropes) Always carry your memories of him until you meet again, know how blessed to have had him in life will be what gets you through the tough times.
