Debra M. Urban, age 57, of Wooster, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Debra was born August 26, 1962 in Cleveland, OH.

Dearly beloved wife of Len, loving mother of Lenny, Amanda Urban (Fiance Larry), and Kile, dearest grandmother of Gavin, loving daughter of John and the late Eileen (Rose), dearest sister of Clyde (deceased) Gazda, Phyllis (Coleman) Hixson, and Paul (Donna) Gazda, dear daughter-in-law of Lenny (deceased) and Judy Urban, sister-in-law of Suzie (Lew, deceased) Bianchini, dear aunt and friend of many.

Family will receive friends Thursday August 27, 2020 from 4-8 PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home 14768 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44111. Where Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 5 PM.

RESTRICTED VISITATION AND SERVICES - FOLLOWING STATE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES

Everyone attending Visitation and Services are required to wear a mask and social distance themselves from others.
