Billy Joe Blackburn, age 65, of Wellington, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Billy was born April 15, 1956. Beloved father Christy Edwards of North Carolina. Dear grandfather of Correy Rayshon Blackburn (deceased), Marlon Rayshon Edwards and Kermandy Jus'Shawn Williamson. Beloved brother of Debbie, Regina, Timothy, Anita and Zolive. Loving uncle and friend of many. Billy Joe will be missed by everyone who knew his genuine love. Memorial Service Sunday April 24, 2022 from 2-6pm at The Seventh Day Adventist 9652 Murray Ridge Rd. Elyria Ohio 44035. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery with his Father and Mother.
