

After having her education interrupted by World War II, she went on to complete college by taking night classes, going on to become the head of the payroll department at a large manufacturing company.
After moving to Be’er Sheva, Israel in 1980, her and her husband eventually went on to own a small grocery store. From there, she moved to Cleveland to join her daughter and granddaughter in 1987. In 1992, at the age of 67, she became a U.S. citizen after taking the citizenship exam in English, her 5th language.
She was the beloved wife of the late David Itskovitch. Loving mother of Irene (Leanid) Cordell (nee Itskovitch). Devoted grandmother of Lilia (Todd) Lipps, Great-grandmother of Madeline Lipps. Dear sister of Betty (Isaac) Broitman and Simon (Clara) Gokhberg.
Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS, OH 44118 ON Tuesday, December 17 at 2:30 PM.
Interment Mt. Sinai Cemetery, 6576 SOM Center Rd., Mayfield Village, OH 44143.
Family will receive friends at Mirage Party Center, 4483 Mayfield Rd. South Euclid, OH, 44121 immediately following services and interment.
