Funeral services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S Taylor Rd, Cleveland Hts, OH 44118 on Thursday, February 16 at 1:30 PM.

Interment will take place at Mayfield Cemetery, 2749 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland Hts, OH 44106.
The family will receive friends at the residence of Scott and Erica Wilkov, 5447 Clarendon Dr, Solon, OH 44139 Thursday following burial until 5 PM and 7 - 8:30 PM, Saturday from 6 - 8 PM and Sunday from 1 - 4 PM.
