Services Wednesday April 5 at 11 a.m. at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence of Drs.
