Services will be held Wednesday, December 27 at 10:30 AM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, OH. Family requests no visitation at the residence.
