Norton was my 2nd (and best) boss at progressive many years ago.  His kindness, generosity and thoughtfulness were beyond compare.  I wish I learned of his passing sooner so I could have attended the services. I will always remember him with great fondness. He still sent me a birthday card every year and we talked or had lunch every few years to catch up. He was the kind of man who really wanted to help people reach their full potential. I will miss him and will keep the Rose family in my prayers.

It was my honor to be one of his physicians for quite a number of years. So many special memories of this generous, dignified and loving father, husband, grandfather and friend. Perhaps my favorite is when he and Jackie graciously invited us for a cocktail when we found each other at the same hotel on our honeymoon in Paris 25 years ago. Norton achieved so much to be proud of during his lifetime.

Was very sorry to hear about this. Nortie played an important part of my earlier years. He was a wise counselor for me growing up.  He gave his time and love when it was really needed.  Warm regards to Laurie and all the family.   This day means even more as today my step daughter is being buried.
