Joseph E Arnoff was born December 14, 1942 in Cleveland, OH to Phil and Cecile Arnoff who predeceased him. Father of Stephen Daniel Arnoff and Jane Arnoff Logsdon (Ernie Logsdon); grandfather of Aaron, Aviv, Elai (Gavriel), Dar (Aharon), Eira, and Yahav; brother of Sheila Arnoff Hirsch; Uncle, cousin, nephew and friend to many. He loved nature, sports, books, music and people.
