JACK MANDEL, age 91, died June 12, 2011. HOLOCAUST SURVIVOR. Beloved husband of the late Elsie (nee Karlin); devoted father of Debra (Robert) Jacob and Sharon (Joel) Peerless; loving grandfather of Daniel (Ruth) Jacob, Jennifer (Randy) Begley, Adam Jacob, Elie, Benjamin and Ronit Peerless. Services will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts., Tuesday, June 14 at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Sinai Cemetery (Heights Jewish Center section). The family will observe the week of shiva at the residence of Debra and Robert Jacob, 23312 Greenlawn Ave., Beachwood TUESDAY UNTIL 9 PM, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 1 TO 5 AND 7 TO 9 PM, FRIDAY FROM 1 TO 4 PM AND SUNDAY FROM 1 TO 5 AND 7 TO 9 PM ONLY.
