

Ernest Allen Mishne, born January 30, 1933, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018. He was a Cleveland native, who graduated from Chardon High School and went on to receive a degree in business from Western Reserve University. After college he proudly served his country in the Air Force and was able to see the world before moving back to Cleveland to start his career. Ernest spent over a decade with Jaguar Cleveland before becoming the owner of The Club at Hillbrook. He maintained a fulfilling position as a financial advisor with Oppenheimer at the time of his passing. He is a member of University Hospital Diamond Advisory Group and formerly the Forman of the Grand Jury appointed by Judge Thomas Patrick Curran. He enjoyed cooking for family and friends, Wednesday night poker, and antique collecting.
He is survived by his beloved wife Wendy Walton-Mishne of 42 years and his three children Kimberly Chase, Ernest Sean Mishne, and Samantha Mishne, his two grandchildren Emma Khayat (14) and Chloe Khayat (12), brother Keith Mishne and late brother’s Merle and Randy Mishne. Services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 1:00 m at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel following services till 5:00 pm and from 7-9:00 pm the family will host friends at their home.
