Elaine Gross (nee Dinowitz) passed away peacefully December 17, 2023, surrounded by her children. Born July 27, 1924 in Troy, NY, she lived in Shaker Heights and Beachwood for over 75 years. She was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Louis N. 'Luke' Gross, her parents, Iris and John, and her brothers, Edward and Sheldon. She is survived by her devoted children: Alan (Joan), Richard, Barbara (Ed), grandchildren: Michael (Randi), Amy (Christie), Hillary, Claire (Scott) and her great-grandchildren: Aaron Luke, Gracen, Thaer, Beckett, Elodie. She will be remembered with love, and her impact will continue to be felt throughout the lives she has deeply touched. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Hospice of the Western Reserve and the Cleveland Museum of Art. Private family service with celebration of life to follow at a later date. No visitation.
