I just learned of Bonnie's passing and want to add my wishes for comfort for you and your family, as well as my memories of her great kindness, friendship, intelligence, courage and grace. 

You know all this already. You two were so close. I loved having lunch with the two of you and running in to you both at community events.  We'll all miss Bonnie's light.

I just learned of Bonnie's passing.  I first met Bonnie after losing my job of many years.  Although Bonnie was not assigned to me, I was able to approach her and she gladly talked with me. She was very supportive and incredibly helpful the first time I talked with her; she helped me stay positive.  One of my favorite quotes to help us cold call potential contacts was to "dial for dollars." I eventually started my own business.  When I saw her at different events she always suggested that we get together for coffee or lunch, which we did at Yours Truly.  Our meetings were always very productive for both of us.  Her insights and enthusiasm will be missed.

Neil and Rory - I am so sorry to hear about Bonnie's passing.  I have fond memories of Bonnie when we worked together at Orion/CGI.  She helped so many and was a treasure.  

I loved her singing!  She belted out songs like an opera singer.  She was the life of the party and the best networker I have ever met.

I hope you find comfort in all the wonderful memories.  I know she loved both of you with all her heart.  She also loved being a grandmother.  Take care!  You are in my prayers!

I met Bonnie in 1999 working in a government funded program helping people find jobs through Orion Consulting, later called CGI.. We worked together for 11 1/2 years as Career Managers and then together started a nonprofit called the Career Transition Center. Her energy, stamina and empathy were exactly what was needed for our clients, and I also learned a great deal from Bonnie. She was one of a kind, with a story or experience on everything that helped many people find their way - and when she entered the room she brought light with her. I have missed working with her the last few years. Her life was not only interesting and exciting, but certainly one that brought good memories to all who knew her. RIP Bonnie. 

Bonnie and I were both career counselors and we met trying out for a position that neither of us got! She had great spirit and enthusiasm for her work. I am sad to learn of her passing but will cherish our friendship.

I'm so sorry to hear of Bonnies passing... Although it has been many years since seeing any of you, I remember what a pleasure it was to have worked with Bonnie on the many family events we catered for all of you!  I always enjoyed spending time talking with Bonnie and was always so impressed with the genuine kindness and affection she showed to everyone she new and the welcoming of all into her home.  May your fondest and most loving memories always remind you of her love and support!

Bonnie was one of a kind!  I worked with Bonnie at CGI where she "showed me the ropes" to develop relationships with employers for the benefit of our clients.  I called her the "Queen of Networking" because she could go through a room and leave knowing everyone, with their business card tucked away, and always with the intention of reciprocity.  She was such an advocate also working tirelessly for the Alzheimer's Association that I volunteered too.  Bonnie was a champion to all and became one of my best friends who will be missed every single day.  Hers was a life well lived.

I'm so sorry you have lost your beloved Bonnie.  Your eulogy was just perfect - Rory's was beautful as well.  I am so blessed to have had Bonnie AND you in my life.  I hope you are bearing up as well as can be expected.  You are a wonderful guy, and deserved Bonnie - your greatest treasure.

Neil and Rory - I loved Bonnie so much, she was such a cherished friend.  We had so many good times and I was always laughing when I was with her.  She touched countless lives helping people with their job transitions.  She was always honest with people and straight forward even though it might have been tough to hear - that's one of her best qualities.  She sincerely cared about everyone she interacted with.  She had such energy and a love for life - she could run circles around everyone.  I will miss her.

The Kohners met Bonnie at Fairmount Temple preschool where Emily and Rory were friends.  Always a lady with great warmth and a big smile.  Her many talents were evident in her varied careers.  Our condolences to your family.

Bonnie was a person with a huge heart!  I enjoyed working with her at the Career Transition Center and later serving on the board to help others with transitions in life.

Hi Mr. Dick and the Rubin family,  you have our deepest condolences. 

I remember Mrs. Dick as being my mom’s best friend and she was such an advocate for my mom when she was ill and at Buffalo General.  I recall her yelling at the nurses for not taking better care of my mom.  She genuinely cared and it showed.  She will be missed.
