Beverlee Rosenbluth

Beverlee Rose Rosenbluth (nee Meyerson) passed away on Saturday, November 9. She was born to Sanford and Rae (nee Binder) Meyerson (OBM) on March 14, 1930. She was predeceased by her husband of more than 50 years, Leo Rosenbluth, sister, Maxeen Stone Flower, brother, Robert F. Meyerson and son-in-law Richard Shatten. She graduated from Cleveland Heights High School, attended Ohio University and, in 1952, married Leo Rosenbluth. Beverlee is survived by her 4 children, Sanford (Ann), Jeanne Shatten (Larry Oscar), Betsy and Amy (John Hubbard) as well as grandchildren, Hannah and Aaron Rosenbluth; Rachel Vazquez-Reina (Amelio), Dr. Julia Shatten, Loren Shatten (Dr. Danny Himelstein), Rachel Oscar and Jason Oscar (June Mansfield); Marisol Rosenbluth; and Maya and Emma Hubbard, and great grandchildren, Benjamin and Adina Vazquez-Reina and Rylan Himelstein. Beverlee is also survived by special friend, Al “Buddy” Bellin. Funeral services will take place at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH 44118 at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 12 followed by interment at Chesterland Memorial Park, 11521 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland, OH. Shiva will immediately follow interment at the home of Jeanne Shatten and Larry Oscar, 20725 University Blvd., Shaker Heights, OH 44122 until 4:00 pm and then from 7 until 8:30 pm and on Wednesday, November 13 and Thursday, November 14 from 2-4 pm and again from 7 until 8:30 pm. Donations in memory of Beverlee may be made to the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes or the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio.
