
Mr. Frank Fatale Jr. of East Bend, NC passed away peacefully on March 19, 2015 at Duke Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. Frank was born on July 8, 1945 in Camden, New Jersey to his parents Frank Fatale Sr. and Mafalda Luciani, where he was raised in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. Frank was the oldest of 4 children, whose siblings include Thomas Fatale, Michael Fatale and Loretta Fatale. Frank’s extended family includes his uncles Victor Luciano, Pat Fatale, and cousin Louis Fatale. Frank served his country proudly in the United States Air Force in the Vietnam era in Valdosta, Georgia as well as Albuquerque, NM as a Military Police Officer. Earning his Bachelors Degree from Glassboro State University of Southern New Jersey in Information Technology Frank served the Hanes Brand for 28 years as the Database Recovery Analyst, as well as sat on the board for the Hanes Credit Union prior to his retirement in 2008. His passion to serve continued well after his retirement devoting and volunteering his time to Hanes Credit Union, Holy Family Catholic Church in Clemmons NC, The Shepherd Center in Winston Salem, NC, as well as retirement communities such as Arbor Acres and the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Library system teaching classes to the elderly on computer usage and email to ease their communications with children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Linda Fatale, and devoted son Christopher Fatale.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2015 at St. Leo’s Catholic Church at 11:00 A.M. All donations can be made directly to St. Leo’s Catholic School in his honor.
