Emma was such a loving and caring woman. She was polite and always pleasant to be around. She took care of anyone and everyone around her. Her hobbies were cooking and gardening. She cared and shared in the language of both. You never left her house empty handed be it food, plant cuttings, or seeds. Emma truly was a sweet, gentle-natured soul as all who knew her would agree. An angel on earth and now an angel in heaven.
She leaves behind her husband of 71 years, John Anthony Casperite; children, Krista Ford and her husband, Jason, Gregory Casperite, Russell Casperite, and Mandy Inlander and her husband, Steve; grandchildren, Brian Casperite, Samantha McCart and husband, John Belk, and Michelle McCart and husband, Ricky Proctor; great grandchildren, Emma and Liam Casperite; as well as many other family members and loved ones.
Emma would want to shower praise and blessings on the angels at Medi Home Health & Hospice of Lexington for the care, comfort, and compassion shown to her and her family.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to Crossnore Communities for Children of Winston Salem.
