Dawn was born October 14,1972 in Winston-Salem to Patty Doyle Blake and the late Charles Augustus Doyle.
Dawn leaves behind a husband Steven Prescott, step-son Drew Prescott, a brother Randall Doyle (wife Kathryn) and niece Brittany.
She was preceded in death by her oldest brother Steven Doyle (wife Robin) and many other loved ones. Dawn loved reading and all animals.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Tina Stanbery, Dawn's best friend, and her family for the love and support she gave Dawn and have given us.
