Cheryl Butner Klein

Cheryl Butner Klein, 39, 0f Orange County, California and formerly of Pfafftown, died Sunday (July 11th) in California. Born in Forsyth County, Cheryl graduated from North Forsyth High School where she was a cheerleader and attended UNC at Charlotte with a major in Graphic Arts. She worked as a Mortgage Consultant in CA. Cheryl was a member of Pfafftown Baptist Church, and loved her Lord, her family, and animals, especially her husky Dakota and three cats.

Preceding her in death was her father Harry W. Butner. Survivors include her mother Ruth Stone Butner of Pfafftown; brothers Randy Butner (Melissa) of Pfafftown, Marty Butner (Teresa) of East Bend, Danny Joyner (Debbie) of King, and Ronnie Joyner (Lena) of Pfafftown.

A funeral service, celebrating Cheryl’s life will be conducted on Saturday (July 17th) at 2:30 PM at the Vogler Funeral Home Reynolda Chapel, a Dignity Memorial Provider, 2951 Reynolda Road (336-722-6106). Entombment will follow at Forsyth Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will greet friends on Saturday from 1:30 PM until service time at the funeral home.
