Xang Bruce Xiong, born on May 12, 1972, was a man who touched the hearts of many. From his contagious personality to the jokes that he told, it was effortless for Xang to light up the room with his presence. He was a selfless, hardworking man who seldom allowed himself to enjoy the fruits of his labor. He never took a break because he knew that there was always more to do, more people to help, and more to contribute to his community.
Xang loved sports cars, bowling, and his cultural sport of top spinning. As a child, he excelled in his academics and played several sports such as tennis and swimming. He and his family moved to the state of Florida in 2003, and from there he built his title as a trusted car mechanic in the Tampa Bay area.
On September 18th, 2021, our beloved son, father, and husband lost his battle of three weeks with COVID. Xang leaves behind his wife of 30 years Kelly Ploua Xiong, daughter Mee Laura Xiong, daughter Mao Stephany Xiong, daughter Shoua Trisha Xiong and grandson Elias Muaj Koob Thor. He always put others before himself and his passing has been devastating for all who was touched by his kindness and generosity.
