William Douglas Hall, of Safety Harbor, 68, died March 30 from a brain hemorrhage and Alzheimer’s complications at the North Pinellas Care Center of Suncoast Hospice. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Ellwood and Edna Hall. A Navy veteran, he was a graduate of the University of South Florida and retired from General Electric/Lockheed. He was a steadfast and loving partner to his wife and a devoted father to his son. In addition to his wife and son, he is survived by his sister and her husband, his nieces and their families, his mother-in-law, and his constant canine companion, Mia. Burial services will be in Philadelphia per his wishes. In lieu of flowers, donations to Suncoast Hospice or your favorite animal rescue would be appreciated
