

Bill was born in Jamestown NY on May 4, 1944 to Kenneth W. Munger and Pauline (Anzelone) Munger.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his Brother Gary P. Munger.
Bill is survived by his 8 children, Stephanie (Mark) Hayes of Spring Hill, Bill Munger (JoAn) of Hendersonville NC, Lisa (Brad) Moore of Loveland Co, Kenneth (Kristina) Munger of Seminole FL, Michael(Karen) of Clearwater FL Laurie (Rick) Barthlama of Loveland, CO and Leslie (David) Tucker of Largo FL. Susan(Chris)Pierce,14 grandchildren, Eric and Cara Hayes, Justin and Jason Munger, Logan and Eastyn Moore, Tyler and Ashley Munger, Branden Munger, Cassie Candelaria, Dalton Barthlama and Amanda Munger. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, Trenton and Saylor Hayes, Vida, Derek Jr and Vivian Solorzano, Jesiah Bunyea, Nick and Matt Pierce.
Bill served in the US Army from 1961 to 1964 in Ft. Hood Texas. After leaving the service, he moved from Jamestown to Florida in 1970 with his wife, Lorraine (now divorced) and his children where he resided until his death in 2023. He will be remembered for his humor, his love of his children and family. He was awesome with vehicles, his family would call him all the time to diagnose their car issues over the phone.
A graveside service for Willard will be held Sunday, September 3, 2023 at 1pm, . Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759.
