Wayne Louis Dickinson

Wayne Louis Dickinson, 65, of Palm Harbor, FL took his last breath at 4:15PM, August 24, 2017 in the comfort of his home after a long fight with cancer. His wife and three sons were by his side as he went to a better place. He was born on November 17, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA to Samuel and Elizabeth Dickinson, with two brothers and two sisters. He graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and as brother of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He then married his wife Kathy in 1976. He taught elementary school in the Philadelphia area before moving to the Tampa Bay Area in 1976 to work for Hershey foods, and then later for Pyne Corporation/Fuji Film Medical systems for over 30 years. Wayne, beloved husband of Kathy, and proud, loving, and extraordinary father of Mark, Scott, and Kevin, enjoyed every moment of raising and teaching his sons everything he loved, including playing sports, especially golf, weekend home improvement projects, family vacations, and most of all he thrived on getting together and spending time laughing with his friends and family.
