Dear Teresa, I can’t believe it’s been 6 years today. Words don’t adequately express how much you are missed.

Hello, I recently ran across her book Fit & Fabulous in 15 minutes and started reading it and then researched her only to find out she has passed away. I’m so very sorry for everyone’s loss of her especially her family. Let her live on through all of us who benefit from her knowledge and exercises, for perhaps that’s why she was born. Thank you God for giving us Teresa Tapp may she reign in eternity with you forever…

I just found out today - I did the Beginner Rehabilitative video this morning, as I recently re-committed to doing it regularly! I just read through all the condolences and feel as you all do.  I am balling my eyes out right now - even though I never "met" her, she has been "in my life" for so many years. I will miss her but so glad we have a living God and an eternal home He has prepared for those who love Him, so I'll be seeing her again sooner or later! I really appreciate all she has taught me. 

I just learned of her passing as well and I am still in shock. I also learned of Teresa's methods over twenty years ago and appreciated her work and acceptance of all bodies in all conditions and beginning to bring methods like skin brushing to the masses and incorporating healthy supplements and essential oils back when they weren't ubiquitous the way they are now . She was a pioneer, she will be missed and remembered. 

I can't believe it's been three years. Your positive aura is missed, but forever it will live on in your one of a kind exercises.  Hoedowns to everyone!

I'm thinking of everyone, around the world, in the T-Tapp family today.  Teresa created a family and we all miss her so much.  Her personal family and friends continue to be in my prayers.

I miss Teresa and her positive guidance but grateful to see her  in videos at least.  Hard to believe it’s been three years. After suffering a personal tragedy last year, I often think ‘what would Teresa do’.  So she has inspired me to start a 14-day boot camp today to help me both physically and mentally.  Forever grateful. 💕 

Teresa is a part of my life, every day.  She helped me achieve health, strength, peace and joy.  I'm so grateful to her.

Today I am beginning a 14- Day Boot Camp.  

Teresa would be so happy to hear that!  I can hear her laughing in heaven.

Another gift she gave us was her legion of Trainers.  I'm so grateful to every TTAPP trainer who helped me and shared their talents.

All she wanted was to share her knowledge to help people achieve health, strength, peace and joy.  What a beautiful mission!

I just learned of Teresa Tapp's passing. When I was younger, I learned some of her exercises and practiced often. Then, unfortunate I stopped for a long time. Recently, I decided to begin taking better care of myself and the first person I thought of was Teresa Tapp. That's how I discovered she'd passed. I'm  going to follow her teachings best I can to take control of my life. Her legacy  of helping women lives. 

I first heard of Teresa in the late 1980s and I immediately signed up for her email list. I learned so much from Teresa, foods to avoid, God made/Man made eating, finger and foot fitness, breast health, etc. Teresa was a fount of information and she shared it in a way that you could understand immediately.  I took a course that Teresa did via teleconference on finger and foot fitness and her teaching inspired me to start being proactive in those areas.

Teresa did a tour quite a few years ago and she came up to NYC. I had to meet her. She was everything and more that you saw on video. She taught a class and I got very fatigued doing hoe downs and slowing down while everyone else was going. Teresa walked around correcting posture and giving pointers. When she got to me, I was huffing and puffing and feeling like I was done. Teresa asked how I was doing and I said, "I don't think I can do any more." Teresa looked me in the eye and said, "yes you can, Tracy."  I could feel myself stand taller after she spoke those words. She corrected my form and stayed with me as I continued to do the hoe downs with more energy and correct form. She smiled at me and lightly touched my shoulder and then moved on to the next person. 

I was deeply saddened when I learned of Teresa's passing. I remember calling the office to order many times in the early stages of her business and talking directly with Teresa and getting advice on which videos and products to order. Teresa always listened and you could feel that she cared.

Teresa was a wonderful, caring, generous woman. Indeed, the T-Tapp family she created is simply wonderful. 

My heart goes out to her husband, family and the entire T-Tapp family. Teresa was a visionary and a pioneer and the world has yet to catch up to her genius. She created a legacy that lives on in every life she has touched and I am so very sorry that she is no longer with us. I have been blessed to know you, Teresa Tapp.  Rest in Peace. 

I'm just learning  a year later that Teresa has passed away,  and I'm totally shook. I came across this pioneering women's  work outs while browsing Youtube exercise video's, and stumbled upon the T-Tapp method. That was 10 years ago. When I witnessed  the humility, humanity, beauty and grace of this awe inspiring woman I was overwhelmed . Her personal testimony of how she created this unique, and therapeutic exercise program---one  that actually works, I ordered a variety of her VHS cassette's and DVD'S for myself and was thrilled at the results. Ms. Tapp will ALWAYS live on in the memories of all those who she helped and inspired. Rest In Peace , Lovely Lady. Your contribution to the health and happiness of  people from all walks of life, age groups and fitness levels will never be forgotten.

Two days ago i  call to order a dvd for my dad he ia 87 buy still vibrant but has issues with balance and his feet ect .i asked if i could  possible talk to Theresa and when the gentlemen sad so gently im so sry she passed last sepember. i cried so hard i felt like a lost a friend .she was an amazing woman she shared herself her heart with the world .i will never forget you 💕my physical health was ffailing always in pain walking was a dread i really didn't  no what to do i thought i tried everything now i was asking god to direct me if there was anything left i could do. Well i was receiving a magazine simple grace and when my subscription ran out i started getting womans world and there was theresa tap and thats how it all started and she  also suggested doing foam rolling  as well ahe changed my life im healthier  my range of motion  is so much better,  strength , flexability,  balance and so much more  i lost 13 lb and her positive message helped me to keep going and return again and again to try may of her dvd and seminars .theresa you have been my inspiration and your rythmic talking always  made me smile !! Thank you for being such a blessing in my life .i send my prayers to theresas family and friends .i pray  the God  of all comfort  would be with you all and he would cover you with his love and peace..she was a jewel and will continue to sparkle  in our hearts and through her ministry.

Im so sad .... one of my favorite work out Dvd ladies .... I have been doing her work outs for 20 years ..... even tho I never met her she has been in my living room with me throughout every major change in my life .... Divorce,  brain tumor recovery etc .... she got me thru it all with her “yes you can” .... I’m so sad right now... all my love to her family and our collective T-Tapp family 

I was shocked! I googled her several years ago and began to follow her amazing strength conditioning exercises.  I was trying to get back into the routine tonight and saw of her passing. Terribly sad. An amazing woman and taken from us way too soon. May her legacy live on!

I am shocked to hear that TeresaTapp has passed away. She was a special woman indeed. Bringing new inovative information to this world and inspiration to me and many. Everytime I do her exercises I feel like she is right there making sure I do them correctly. That is the impression her dvd's left on me.

Teresa was such an inspiration to so many people!  She brought together folks of every size, shape, age and background.  If you wanted to improve your health in ANY way, she helped with her amazing knowledge and ability to connect.  God bless you, sweet lady, I can't believe you're gone. I first became aware of Teresa Tapp’s exercises in Women’s World magazine. Her exercises made such a profound difference in my life, I purchased her dvd’s.  She was such an inspiration to me.  I am so sad and shocked to hear of her passing.  She was too young.  Thank you, Teresa, for all you’ve done for so many of us.  You will be missed.

I met Ms. Tapp back in 2001 when she taught a class in Chicago. She’s always been a sweet, kindhearted and genuine person. Her T-Tapp method is very groundbreaking to so many women. I still have her videos from those years and I bought more from her store. Her techniques helped many not just in loosing weight but restoring their health. she will be missed.

I'm sorry to hear about your passing. But I know you're with God in eternal Heaven where there is no pain and sickness. 

Thank you for being such an inspiration with your revolutionary exercise T Tapp.

You show us what a courageous, brave, authentic, encouraging,  open-minded, honest and positive lady and a generous teacher you had been. 

We cannot thank you enough for helping us exercise in such a creative and effective and efficient manner. I count T Tapp as my regime. Thank you so much for your life long work and dedication to helping women around the world, regardless of age and physical state, to help us have hope with certainty that with consistency, T Tapp helps us lose weight and keep fit. God bless your loved ones with strength, peace and courage to deal with your sudden passing. You and your family are in my prayers. God keep and bless you all.

I was very shocked to hear of Teresa's passing.  She has been a part of my life every day for so many years.  I will miss her but she will live on in my heart and continue to be my own personal coach.  My prayers and condolences to her family.


I just heard of her death and I am in shock and  so sad. You were one of a kind and your legacy will continue forever.

I planned on going to the retreat this year to tell Teresa thank you for thinking of me. I never met her, she didn't even know who I was nor my name. But I truly felt she had my best interest in mind everytime I heard her say, "Yes you can." I mean who makes an exercise program T-tapp rehab -- that made me feel I could exercise in my own home and see a difference? I'm obese and  hearing her voice saying-"yes you can", would spur me on. I noted that the people she chose to exercise with her were real people too. That was a big encouragement for me. I'm sorry that I never got to meet her. But I thank God that He did so many great things thru her. 
She was truly following the mission He bestowed upon her. What a beautiful and benevolent lady. I was blessed by the Dear Lord to be introduced to her work. 
May God always  bless her family, friends and the people who worked with her. 

I found out about Teresa and her T-Tapp many years ago and have continued to follow her and what she was doing.  I have most of her DVD's and have always felt she was right there with me when I watched them.  The world was a better place because of her and she will be missed by so many.

For the past 21 years, anyone who knows me has heard me sing Teresa’s praises.  Meeting her several times over the years, including here in Toronto,  just reinforced my belief in her God-given gifts to the world.   Her knowledge and teaching helped relieve my back pain and completely change my body.

Teresa Tapp was absolutely the most inspirational person in my 68 years of life. I was introduced to T Tapp by a dear friend's daughter and it changed my life. Teresa answered any emails thai i sent and she actually saved me from two surgeries.  Our world was forever changed for the better by Teresa. RIP sweet  Teresa

Teresa changed my life.  For eight years she was in my life, believing in me, encouraging me, and teaching me.  Thanks to the legacy of her videos and team of trainers, I will have her wisdom for the rest of my life. 

I only got to meet Teresa once-- at a weekend in California in 2014.  She made an impression!  She was so intelligent, kind, giving, and STRONG!

I followed her on T-Tapp Tuesday on WTSP even though I live in Idaho.  I followed her on Facebook.  I was hoping to meet her again at the Safety Harbor Retreat in 2019.  

I will never forget her.  I will never stop T-Tapping.

My thoughts and prayers are with her her family.  We will be reunited with Teresa one day!  Her faith encouraged me.  God bless you!

I never had the privilege of meeting Teresa. Watching here videos and t-tapping along with her feels like I have my personal coach by my side cheering me on.  One can see her passion and her caringness shining through her videos, the talk shows, T-Tapp Tuesday, etc. She was truly a beautiful person on the inside and out. 
I am praying for her husband, family, and friends that the Lord will give them His perfect peace and strength during this difficult time! "Heaven is getting sweeter everyday!"

I just want to express my sadness to the family and to express my gratitude for Teresa's work helped me 
 avoid surgery and overcome a recurring foot/leg problem that was greatly affecting my quality of life.  I will always be grateful for her work and that I have the knowledge she expertly shared.   

Teresa made a big impact on my life. I had the privilege of working with her directly a few times, in PA and also in NYC. I remember spending my 10 year anniversary with her at a Masters class. I remember her as graceful, elegant, and a great coach and teacher. The research she did and the body of knowledge she has left us - stellar. She will be missed. Best wishes to you Teresa, Heartfelt condolences to her family. 

I met Teresa when I started Tapping in 1997 and soon was on the way to becoming a trainer. She taught me how to integrate physiology with well-being and the reward was a lifetime of health and wellness. Teresa is with us all, always because of her selfless gifts she shared with the world. It saddened me to learn of Teresa’s death today. The loss of a friend is like that of a limb; time may heal the anguish of the wound, but the loss cannot be repaired. While we are mourning the loss of our friend and mentor, others are rejoicing to meet her behind the veil.
Teresa’s integrity and her knowledge inspired many people. I believe she impacted the lives of all of her T-Tapp family, not only as a teacher/mentor, but as a counselor, guide and friend
She still had that vibrant personality and great energy. And she still had encouraging things to say to everyone. What a great lady!  We will all miss her very much!
