Shirley M. Finn, 96, of Palm Harbor, peacefully passed away on November 16th with loved ones at her side. She will be remembered fondly by her ever-present soft smile, kindness and concern for the wellbeing of others. Shirley was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church and a former 50-year member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. While successful in the banking community and generous with her time with church work and community volunteer work, her greatest loves were God and her dedication to the family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 65 years, William, and son, Robert. Shirley is survived by her loving daughter, Sharon (Robert) Crossett; two grandsons of which she was very proud; Matthew (Hope) Crossett and Steven (Fane) Crossett; three adored great-grandchildren; Emily and David Crossett and step great-grandson, Austin Hopkins, along with faithful sisters-in-law; Faye Saddlemire and Barbara Finn; devoted cousins Quinn Ackley and Ted Ames and many thoughtful nieces and nephews. A private family gathering will be held to celebrate Shirley’s life.
