Robert (Bob) A. Sheridan, 80, passed away peacefully at home in Trinity, FL on November 21, 2022. His wife and stepdaughter were by his side. Bob was born September 10, 1942 to the late Thomas and Mary (Mac Queen) Sheridan of Philadelphia, PA.
Bob is survived by his wife of 41 years, Shirley A. Sheridan (Childress), brother Thomas Sheridan (Brenda) of Waverly, TN, stepdaughter, Kathryn Hardesty (David) of Charlottesville, VA, stepson, Michael Mulcare (Michelle) of Odessa, FL, grand children Allie Rippe (J.P.), Jessica Hardesty, Ryan, Evan, 4 God children, and many adored family and friends.
He was a Vietnam War era Veteran having served in the United States Army starting in June 1967. Bob received the Department of the Army Commendation Medal while assigned to the U.S. Army Support Command, Da Nang, Republic of Vietnam in 1969. Bob was a graduate of St. Josephs University and served as a United States Postal Inspector for 23 years before retiring in 1999.
Bob loved spending time with family and friends, and enjoyed his hobbies of dancing, golfing, fishing, and relaxing.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Wednesday, November 30th from 10:00-11:00, followed by a funeral service 11:00 -12:00, graveside service 12:00 -12:30, and fellowship 12:30 -2:30 at the Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759; (727) 796-1992.
