Robert Walling Mosher

He leaves behind his sisters Natalie M .Griswold and Mary Lou Mosher, both of

Redwood City, California; three nephews, Lewis, Fred, and Roger Griswold,

all of California. He was predeceased by his wife of 45 years Gertrude Horner

Mosher, who died in 2008.

Bob was born in Erie, PA, attended public school there, and entered Cornell

University. He was drafted in 1942 into the Army and served in the ASTP. In

the years after the war he took up a career in banking. In 1963 he married

Gertrude and after living in the New York City area, they made a permanent

move to Clearwater in l969. They loved Florida, with its warm sunny

weather and sandy beaches. Bob's devotion to the game of golf and to professional

football was only exceeded by his devotion to Gertrude.

Interment will be at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park, Largo, FL.
