Richard A. Miller 69, of Largo, passed away March 28th 2018. He leaves a beloved wife and best friend of 48 years, Mary; a dearly loved daughter and son-in-law Kim and Dustin, 4 treasured grandchildren Austin, Aryanna, Autumn and Gabriel; Favorite brother Randy, loved brother and sister-in-law John and Rose, 3 loving nieces and 2 nephews. He’ll be missed by best friends for over 30 years ‘Mr.’ Bill and Sharon Joy and their wonderful daughters Kym, and Heather. He was deeply loved by his mother-in-law Evelyn and deceased father-in-law Alfred Burgholzer. He’s preceded in death by his sister, Barbara and parents Robert and Shirley.
He originally was from Sloatsburg, NY, graduated from Albertus Magnus H.S. and went to Marquette University. Employed by N.Y. Bell Telephone, then moved to Florida and worked for G.T.E. and retired from Verizon and then CVS.
He will always be remembered as a good man, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and a funny, wise guy. He stood by family and friends through the good times and bad. His passion was taking cruises of the Caribbean with best friends. Rick left us with many wonderful and fun memories, but way too soon. He was deeply loved and will be forever missed by all. We all will smile whenever we think of him.
I am so happy and grateful for the life we shared. You will always be my forever sweetheart and best friend. Love you always, and please watch over me. My guardian angel needs help!
