Smith, Phyllis J. 88, of Safety Harbor, passed Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016. Born in Hinton, WV she has lived in FL all her life. She graduated from Clearwater High School. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, William and sons, William D. and Robert. L. A visitation will be held from 10am until service time at 11am on Tuesday, Sept. 6th at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home.
