Michael Wayne Brookins passed away June 30, 2018 at age 64. Mike was well known throughout the Tampa Bay area for his painting styles and creative design. He painted the homes of many celebrities and sports figures. Mike and hi brother Steve would also,usually"win out" in the competition to decorate areal shopping malls for the Christmas holidays. Formal announcement of Michael's final wishes and proceedings will be released.
He is survived by Wendy Brookins Snellgrove, brother Steven James Brookins, brother Jeffrey Allen Brookins and eight nieces and nephews.
