Mary Lynda Williams

Born in Pittsburg, PA she was the widow of Steve Williams and daughter to the late Carl Sr. and Mildred Czolba. She was also preceded in death by her sister Carol Czolba.

She is survived by her brothers Carl Jr (Linda) and Paul (Francis) Czolba of Pennsylvania.

5 stepchildren Steve Williams Jr of Florida, Michael Williams (Pam) of North Carolina, Patrick Williams (Amanda) of Georgia, Renee Williams of Florida and Dawn Bowman (Jeff) of Kentucky, 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

One of Mary Lynda’s greatest joys was serving her community. She was a Safety Harbor Commissioner from 2008-2012 and Vice Mayor from 2008-2009. In addition to her service to the city she served as President of Friends of the Library, was an advisory board member for the Sheriff, a huge supporter of the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center and volunteered for many City events.

A graveside service will be held Thursday June 6, 2019, 10am at Sylvan Abby Memorial Park. Clearwater Florida.

In lieu of flowers the family ask donations be made to the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center, Safety Harbor Florida.
