Lucille H. Hebb Gawthrop

Lucille H. Gawthrop, 85, a long-time resident of Clearwater, FL, died Monday, July 3rd, 2017. She was born in Carroll, MA and came to Florida in 1955 with her best friends. She was a hairdresser until she married in 1959 to Paul “Pete” Gawthrop who preceded her in death in 2000. She was a long-time member of Skycrest United Methodist Church and had many interests in her life such as Bowling and Bridge Clubs and loved her crossword and picture puzzles. She was blessed with many wonderful friends over the years and was always a pleasure to be around. She leaves behind her 2 children, Sheri G Mills and David P Gawthrop who has 3 children, Erin Stears, Peter Gawthrop and Jamie Gawthrop. A memorial service will be held for Lucille on Sunday July 16, 2017 at 2pm in Sylvan Abbey United Methodist Church, 2817 Sunset Point Road in Clearwater. I lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Empath Hospice.
