Keith was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota. New Jersey, California, and Florida are all places he proudly called home.
Keith was a fabulous son to his mother Linda Setzer Frey and father Thomas James Frey (who preceded him in death) and stepfather Terry Gruchow. He was a brother to Alexis Egozcue, her husband Chase Egozcue and Gabby Hampton. He was a stepsibling to Ben, his husband Eric and Emilie. “Unkie” was the name that his nephew Brayden and niece Nora called him. He was a nephew to Debbie, Kathy (Vinny) and Jimmy on his mother’s side. Freddie (pre-deceased), Bill (Annie) on his father’s side.
We would run out of space to name all his friends to which he considered family.
Keith loved to travel (First class, of course) cook, have dinner parties and go out to eat. He enjoyed decorating for all the holidays but Christmas most of all. To say he was a man who liked the finer things in life is an understatement. He was an old soul in a younger-ish man’s body. Keith had a unique bond to his late Grandmother Mary and his condo’s décor certainly reflected that. He loved “listening” to Britney Spears and watching the Golden Girls or a horrible holiday Lifetime movie with his sister/bestie Alexis.
