Bell, Judy Ann, 78, of Lutz, FL., passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 17, 2018 after a 43 year battle with Parkinson's Disease. Born on January 21, 1940 in Nebraska City, Nebraska to the late Genevieve and Kenneth Pilmore. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Lee Bell, Sr.; her sons, Robert Lee Bell, II, Michael Alan Bell, Timothy Ryan Bell; grandchildren, Jason Lee Bell, Daniel Ray Bell, Amber Marie Bell, Sara Elizabeth Bell, Haley Marie Bell, and Lauryn Brooke Bell; great grandchildren, Tyler Libby, Noah Bell, and Karson Bell; and many beloved extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her brothers Gordon Pilmore and Richard Pilmore.
She and her family moved to Florida in 1982, where they spent many years living on the water, which she loved. Judy studied cosmetology, but her true passion was her family and animals. Her passion for animals led to many years of rescuing dogs and other animals. She was very creative and loved arts and crafts. Although Judy struggled with Parkinson's disease most of her adult life, she never let that hold her back from perusing her passions in life. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
