Jack Dale Roberts, age 73, of Clearwater, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022. Jack was born in Manchester, KY.
A visitation for Jack will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL 33759. A funeral service will occur at 1:00 pm and a graveside service to follow.
