George Sander Posch

George Posch, 71, went to be with the Lord on Jan 25, 2015. He was born in Chicago, IL and moved here in 1968 to make Florida his home. He loved old cars and time with family and friends. He was a great man, beloved husband, father and uncle, dedicated loving friend and coworker, who will be missed very much by many. He had retired after many years in the truck salvage business and was formerly Vice President with Clearwater Community Bank, member of First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks and the Masonic Lodge (though inactive due to declining health). He is survived by his wife Judy, son Cliff, sister-in-law Janet, nephews, nieces and “fur kids”. Memorial services will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater on Friday, Jan 30th. Family visitation at 1pm with service following at 2pm.
