Doris A Elofson

Doris Anne Elofson, age 90, of Palm Harbor, Florida passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024. She was born on March 29, 1934, in Rosen, Minnesota to Alois Wollshlager and Pauline Pillatzki Wollshlager.

Doris is survived by her sons, Randy S. Elofson, and his spouse, Donna, Todd W. Elofson and his spouse, Carrie, her daughter, Kari M. Elofson-Thomas and her spouse, Larry Thomas, and grandchildren, Steven Elofson and Dana Elofson, Michael Elofson and Jake Elofson, Kaley Zappini, and Evan-Ashley Fulmer; great-grandchildren, Emma and Noah Elofson, and Cayden Clark, and her sisters, Hattie Haacke and Valerie Schraeder, and brother, Severin Wollschlager.

Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph R. Elofson, three sisters, and two brothers.

While Ralph and Doris were alive, they were very successful in their Mobile Home Park Business of Oak Terrace Estates in Anoka, MN. Doris loved spending time with friends and dancing with Ralph to country music. They spent many summers at their lake cabin in Alexandria MN boating, fishing, and spending time with family.

After retiring and moving to Florida, Doris loved to travel, go on cruises, and visit casinos. More recently she spent time with her friends at St. Mark Village playing Bingo and staying active.

A committal rites for Doris will be held Friday, October 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759. Flowers can be delivered to Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home (2853 Sunset Point Rd. Clearwater, FL) by 9:00 am at the latest on the day of service.
