She was a resident of the Assisted Living Facility in Freedom Square located in Seminole, FL.
Connie was born January 9, 1938 in Chama, CO to the late Jose and Cleo Trujillo. She was the youngest of five daughters, preceded in death by Bertha Grim, Priscilla Fortag, Florence Roehlk and Laura Maiurro. Connie was raised in Fountain, CO where she met her future husband Frank while he was stationed in the US Army at Fort Carson. Frank swept Connie off her feet and brought her back east to get married in New Jersey at the tender age of 17! Connie and Frank had two sons, Frank and Michael, while still in the Garden State until his work brought them to northern Maryland in 1967.
They settled in Timonium, MD where Connie found work in the elementary school cafeteria. She later became a Nurses Aide at GBMC, then eventually working at a local ladies’ gym and a child care center until retirement. These positions fed into Connie’s passion for loving and caring for others. Connie and Frank stayed in Timonium until September, 2019, when a move south beckoned them to sunny Florida.
Connie is survived by her son Frank and daughter-in-law Debbie, residents of Clearwater, FL, and the apple of her eye, her grandson Christian Del Bianco of Baltimore, MD. Her younger son Michael unfortunately passed in 1995. Mrs. Del Bianco leaves nephews and nieces residing in Colorado, Iowa and California. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Camille Domenick of Belleville, NJ, nieces and nephews Anthony and Lisa Domenick of Basking Ridge, NJ, Angelo and Gina Domenick of N. Caldwell, NJ, and Maria Merola of E. Hanover, NJ, along with their families. In addition, Connie had cousins residing in California, Nevada and Arizona.
A Mass will be held to celebrate the lives of both Connie and Frank on Saturday, August 27th, 11AM. Guests are welcome to attend at St. Joseph's Parish, 100 Church Lane, Cockeysville, MD.
