Charles F. Worthen, 76, of New Port Richey, passed away May 9, 2019 at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital ICU. He was born August 28, 1942 in Bristol, Connecticut to the late Richard and Mary (Hopkins) Worthen.
Charles is survived by his two children; Cecil J. (Oyuki) Worthen, and Tammy W. (James) Shore, grandchildren; Cecil J. Worthen Jr., Colin J. Worthen, Jaden L. Ethridge, Kyra M. Shore, and Kira L. Shore, and one great grandchild; Saphron I. Shore-Hill.
A Graveside service will be held Thursday May 16, 2019 at 10 am in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park Peacefield Chapel. Military Graveside Rites will be presented by the United States Air Force.
