Ruth and Clyde Belzer in Kirksville, Missouri. Bobby peacefully left us on Thursday, November 30, 2023,
with his loved ones by his side. Bobby's journey began in Kirksville, Missouri, where he graduated from
Linn County R1 in Browning, MO in 1960. Following graduation, Bobby worked at Sears and Roebuck
until he embarked on a remarkable life that took him to Chicago, where he worked for the fire
department and laid the foundation for his career in the plastic industry at Auburn Plastics.
Upon moving to Florida, Bobby continued his professional journey by relocating the company, Auburn
Plastics, to Florida until the year of 1985, when he ventured into entrepreneurship and founded his own
company, American Plastics Supply Mfg. Known for his creativity and kindness, Bobby fostered a positive
work environment, leaving a lasting impact on both employees and customers alike. Bobby enjoyed
sailing, hunting, and visiting family in Missouri, visiting auctions, collecting, creating anything he can get
his hands on. In addition, Bobby enjoyed piloting small aircraft, cooking, camping, singing karaoke, and
most of all, spending quality time with his friends and family.
After retiring in 2019, Bobby dedicated much of his time to personal projects, including working with
vinyl machines and 3D printing. His inventive spirit and passion for creation continued to shine brightly
following retirement. Beyond his professional pursuits and passions, Bobby found immense joy in
spending time with his beloved children, grandchildren, and cherished pets. Bobby is preceded in death
by his sister, Brenda Edger, and his parents, Clyde and Ruth Belzer. Bobby leaves a loving family that will
miss him deeply, daughter Kristen, Vicky, Addison, and Haven, his niece Jennifer and adoring
grandchildren, Amy, Michael, Leelan, Parker, Addilyn, and Charlie.
