Momma loved her life in Florida. Born and raised in North Carolina, but did not like the cold weather. Momma loved to cook, do needle point and make beaded necklaces with her daughter Janet. She made fancy clothes hanger covers and always loved to do crafts until her eyesight failed. Her favorite dinner was fried chicken, mash potatoes and corn, always followed by bread pudding! Every time her son, Jim would come to see her, she would have homemade cornbread ready. Momma loved the holidays, spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 AM on Saturday at Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL followed by a funeral service at 11 AM at the Chapel Mausoleum at Serenity Gardens Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the two facilities, Advanced Health Rehab in Clearwater and Madison Point Rehab in New Port Richey for all there help and great care for our mom. These wonderful people really cared about her and made sure she was taken care of, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God Bless!
