She was born on May 10, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Ollie and Virgie Swansen.
Betty is survived by her beloved nieces, nephews; many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband Cosmore S. Ciancio; son, Dennis Ciancio; siblings, Evelyn Spanheimer, William Swansen and Shirley McGady.
A funeral service for Betty will be held Monday, December 11, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, 2405 Phillippe Pkwy, Safety Harbor,, Florida 34695.
She will be laid to rest at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33759.
