Betty Barlow, 90, of Clearwater passed away peacefully on October 15, 2018 in Largo. She was born in East Rainelle, WV on July 3, 1928 to Leo and Mabel Rule. It was at First Baptist of Largo that Betty met her beloved Frank Barlow and were married May 10, 1968. Theirs was a lifetime dedicated to the Lord and their family. Betty was a dedicated wife, mother, and friend to all who had the pleasure of meeting her.
She is survived by her son, John Barlow and girlfriend Ashley Mosley; grandchildren James, Brooklyn, and Brianna; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Frank Barlow; sister Velma Croom. Betty now joins her heavenly father and family in Heaven.
