Garrett, Ann D, 90 passed away July 26, 2011.Ann was born in Goteburg Sweden to Victor and Valborg Melin Nelson. She completed high school in Sweden, after coming to the United States she became a claims adjuster for All-State Insurance Company. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Garrett in 1993. Ann is survived by her daughter Anna Janet Victoria Sperre Minot of Bakersfield, California; her granddaughter Julie Ann Minot of Sacramento California, a grandson Charles Oliver Minot of Pasadena California, 7 great grandchildren, a sister; Inga-Ill Nelson Johansson of Stockholm Sweden and a niece Britta Lasch of Palm Harbor Florida. Ann’s family wish to express their profound appreciation for the friendship, support, and generosity she and her family received from the staff and residents of Lake Seminole Square, as well as the loving care provided by Suncost Hospice Staff. The family also thanks the staff DeLoach & Hofstra for their compassion and advocacy of her final wishes.
