N. Carroll Dixon

She was the daughter of the late Dorse and Velma (Marshall) Luzier. On June 4, 1955 she married Richard H. “Dick” Dixon, who passed away on November 14, 2013.

Carroll retired from Clearfield County Assistant Office and had previously worked at the Medicine Shop and Clearfield Hospital.

She was a member of Clearfield Alliance Church and First Baptist Church. She taught Sunday school and sang in the choir at First Baptist Church. Carroll was a member of the NON.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her three children: Debbie J. Kelly and her husband Randy of Palmyra, Shari Trythall and her husband Bob of Curwensville and Spence R. Dixon and his wife Brianna of Lebanon, 5 grandchildren: Ryan (Amy) Kelly, Ash Kelly, David Trythall, Aaron Trythall and Michelle Dixon; seven great grandchildren: Rhett, Cora, Josiah, Owen, Jeremiah, Elias and Lillian Kelly; and a sister, Judy Kolbe of Clearfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

A funeral service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. with Rev. Dr. Duane White officiating. Burial will be in Bradford Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 6-9pm on Tuesday, October 10 at the funeral home. An additional hour of viewing will be held on Wednesday from 2pm until the hour of services.
